The Arts' Council
The Powell River Council for Arts', Culture and Heritage, known simply as the Arts' Council, is a registered society in
British Columbia with a mission to enhance the quality of life and creative vitality of the people who live in the Powell River region. By nurturing awareness of, involvement in and commitment to arts, culture and heritage, we are dedicated to promoting art and culture in the Powell River area, including Lund, Texada Island and Savary Island.

Artist Opportunities, including ‘call for artists’ and art classes, have been moved to the “Call for Artists &  Opportunities” category of the Community Calendar. To add a class or call for artists contact listing@powellriverdirect.com.

The Resources page includes art funding, local and online teachers and websites to showcase art and/or link to a website.
